I understand! To check if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean or with a few crumbs, the cake is done. You can also lightly press the top of the cake, if it springs back, it’s ready. 😊

Cook tortillas for about one minute on each side. Since stoves and pans can vary, you might need to adjust the time. Try cooking one tortilla first over medium heat until it’s lightly browned to find the right setting. Usually, it takes 1 to 2 minutes over medium heat, or about 1 minute on high heat (but be careful, as it cooks faster on high). 😊🌮

An also I forgot to mention I don't want to wash several baking pans, batter must go in 1 pan , because I don't know how much batter goes per pan so I prefer 1 baking pan when I bake, if you like il forward recipes to give you idea , this is a plain cupcake naeema mia fill three quarter way bake for 15 min , so heres recipe 4 teaspoon baking powder an 3 cup flour and 250g butter and 1cup milk and 1an half cup sugar and 4eggs , u don't separate eggs for this recipe, so my question is if I have intention not to make cupcakes out of this recipe which size pan will I need

Hi! I can’t really tell, but it looks like a 24 cm or 26 cm pan should generally work for this amount of batter. You might need to adjust baking time as well. It’s also a good idea to ask the person you are following the recipe from for more specific advice. 😊

Hi it's me again I'm sooooo sorry again for disturbing, I want to buy springform pans it's a set theres 3 pans in 1 set an , I'm not able to make out which shall I take I'm hoping u could guide me , I'm wanting to take something that will ensure il have light and moist and fluffy an soft cakes , not dry, cake not dense , cake not heavy cakes an also I wanting that's going to rise well, I wanting to take something that takes tooo quick to bake, I'm wanting to take something that batter in centre shouldn't be gooey, batter shouldn't be uncooked so heres the sizes the one set consists of those sizes 24 cm an 26 cm and 28 cm and other consist of 18 cm and 20cm and 22cm so which would u recommend or could I get either set , I'm sure u professional in baking so u would know

Hi! No problem at all. For light, moist, and fluffy cakes, I would recommend the set with 18 cm, 20 cm, and 22 cm pans. These sizes are great for even baking and allow for better control over the cake’s rise and texture. The smaller pans will help achieve that soft, well-risen cake. 😊

Hi its me again, i usually use square pan/ tray for your carrot cake but im now wanting to try in springform pan,/ round & im unable to make out if these 2 measurements are 1 size or the 1 pan is bigger than other, i got no idea so which springform pan, shall i use 20× 6,5 cm is the one size of springform pan whereas other size springform pan is 26,3× 26,3× 7cm: is the one pan bigger and can I use either or which size should I use , i would like to use 1 pan only

Hi! The 26×26 cm pan is larger than the 20×6.5 cm springform pan. If you want to use just one pan, the 26 cm pan would be better for baking the whole recipe at once. I hope it helps! 😊

If you are using processed cheese slices, they will melt but won't create the same stretchy threads as mozzarella or other cheeses designed for that purpose. If you use mozzarella or cheddar cheese slices, they will create stretchy cheese threads.

So I don't know why some people get annoyed when a person asks something, if he / she knows they not going to ask, other than that there's something I heard I'm not sure if its true so maybe you don't know about it, they say once cake batter is prepared u should not allow it to sit outside and if you do , must not be long, so it's true an if yes how long can cake batters be left out, is 20 min to 40 min enough or how long

You are welcome 😊 It's best to bake cake batter right after mixing to get the best rise and texture. If you need to let the batter sit, try not to leave it out for more than 20 minutes. If you keep it any longer the leavening agents may lose their effectiveness.

Im soooo sorry to bother u again but its necessary as i said before i don't know when recipes require halving, i don't know when recipes require doubling and Im sure there's more people that don't have knowledge over it ,im sure there's more people that don't know even wen using just 1 pan / tray u need certain amount batter and if using less batter then cakes is not going to rise , this i never knew so i tend to do it again and again and again an i have thin cakes an im sure there's others that do it also ,nonetheless i wished people understood that an used 1 pan/ tray in that way whomever wants to bake he / shes able to do so with ease , he/ she don't need to bother the next person , so can I use my square small pyrex pan and wats the measurement an wats bake time

For your square small Pyrex pan, halve the recipe's quantities and bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 to 35 minutes. Actually i never understood wat u said so if i use my small glass square pyrex dish/ tray do i half the recipe or do i use full recipe : so 1 cup flour with 2 eggs etc etc?

Hi! You can go for unsalted butter, or if you have salted butter at home, you can use that and skip the salt in the recipe. As for the sugar, I have used plain white sugar, not powdered sugar.

I totally get what you mean! The moistness is key for a delicious cake, but we definitely don't want it falling apart on us. Here is what I think might help: maybe try reducing the amount of liquid in the batter slightly or increasing the baking time by a few minutes to ensure the cake sets properly, that should help it set a bit firmer. And make sure to grease the baking tin well and line it with baking paper before pouring in the batter, that should help it release more easily. And ALWAYS make sure you let it cool at least 15 minutes in the tin before attempting to remove it can help it hold its shape better. Give those tweaks a shot, and let me know how it turns out! Salam! Ji haan, bilkul! Aap ye sauce bana kar fridge mein airtight container mein cahr din tak store kar sakte hain. Freshly banaya gaya sauce behtareen hota hai, lekin zarurat parne par stored kar sakte hain. Dubara garam karne ke liye halki anch par ek choti si saucepan mein garam karein. Sauce ko ubalne se bachayein taakay sauce alag na ho jaye. Zarurat padne par sauce ki consistency ko patli karne ke liye thoda doodh bhi dal sakte hain.

I have made homemade gluten free corn tortillas on a comel for several years but I have not been successful in making them crispy by frying them. The tacos always puff up and collect oil rending them too greasy to eat. Do you have a method and or recipe to make the taco shells crispy like the store bought GF taco shells? Thank you for the video.

Thanks for your comment! Try lightly brushing the tortillas with oil before frying; it will help create a barrier, preventing excessive oil absorption while crisping them. You can also try baking the tortillas instead of frying. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly brush both sides of the tortillas with oil and shape them into taco shells by draping them over the oven rack bars. Bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Then fill with your favorite ingredients. Hope it helps!
