A very easy pizza to prepare, without kneading and without getting your hands dirty.
It is prepared simply by mixing the mixture with a spoon. 😊

🍕 INGREDIENTS:
- 500 grams of 00 flour
- 400 grams water
- 8 grams of sugar
- 10 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- 20 grams of salt
- 10 grams of fresh brewer's yeast
- Tomato sauce
- 400 grams of mozzarella
- Origan
👨🍳 PROCEDURE:
- Start by dissolving the fresh brewer's yeast in the water.
- In a large bowl, pour the flour and add the water and sugar. Mix everything with a spoon.
- Add the extra virgin olive oil while continuing to mix.
- Next, incorporate the salt using a spoonful of water, thus facilitating the absorption of the salt into the dough.
- The mixture obtained will be rather liquid.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and leave to rise for about 4 hours, until the dough has doubled in volume.
- Turn the dough onto the baking tray, spreading it delicately with your hands previously greased with oil to make the operation easier.
- Season the pizza with tomato sauce, diced mozzarella and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Cook in a static oven at 250°C for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, sprinkle the pizza with oregano and serve. 😋🍕
