This isn't the first episode I ever saw, but it's the episode that made me fall in love with Bonanza.

These guys spent so many hours, and years making all these Bonanza shows. Miss them all so much. Glad they show these on television still. They're Ledgends. Love them all.

The guy that plays Billy reminds me of a young Christopher Lloyd.

It makes no sense that Adam would ride out by himself. In real life when faced with this situation he would be going out with a lot of heavily armed men hoping for the best but prepared for the worst!!!

Love how campy these shows were!. One minute they're talking about calling the sheriff and obeying the law, the next minute they're shooting people. Such a high body count, never one single funeral is worth filming...

Bonanza is timeless , and it was mean to be in colour . Great casting , production , location , story lines theme tunes . THis show can never be remade it would be shameful if they did

The whole episode was about someone trying to take something from Ben Cartright that didn't belong to him. So what does the old man do? Turns around and gives one of the scallawags a piece of his land, that doesn't make much sense. Plus what does Ben think the guy is going to do, take up cattle ranching? Not likely, all he knows is sheep, so the Cartrights end up with a sheepherder as a neighbor anyway.

"Read that to me, boy." Opens the book to the middle and has the 'boy' read from the second book.

Private property, banks. . . I never saw the truth behind the security of the "Cartwright Ranch" in my early years. They always seems so righteous. Not no much, now. Why NOT let others bring their sheep or goats, whatever, through their hundreds or thousands of acres?

I saw a video clip, apparently taken the day after they first met in person, that I hadn't seen earlier, where Rose sort of laughs at Ed for not touching, f__king, ... her the first night Ed was in the Philippines. That changes opinions I have previously expressed. They both got to be on TV. Ed got a trip with a female. Rose got a trip. I hope to see one and only one more TLC 90 Day Fiance ... video with Ed and Rosemarie. And in the video I hope to see four things. Ed saying it is over. Rose saying it is over. That might wrap up the biggest recent TV experience I've had since I was 15 years old. TV can truly effect tourism. Lol. Since before Ed and Rosemarie started doing 90 Day Fiance and now, the tourism industry in the Philippines has totally crashed. Lol.
