Fun fact: You can use WASD to navigate in Catalog Mode and it doesnt have the delay that you would get from clicking the arrows. Could save you some time

This game is unforgiving. Mastering it is honestly impressive. I know that sound clues and understanding of the movements plays 90% of the strategy, but any mistake can ruin you very quickly. Congrats man!

The best strat is audio lure in the far middle left or right, start a task, then check every vent 3 secs (or 2 i don’t remember) and repeat the last 2 steps. I beat it on my 1st play through this way it was also completionist ending

Always love speedrun videos where the real speedrun is trying to explain how the game works before beating it {:} By the way, CTRL+S skipping salvages isn't that much of a mystery. When the game's muted, it ends all audio samples and stops any new ones from playing. Because some things in FFPS (and World Update 2, SL, and UCN) are based on when the audio ends, muting the game immediately ends them.

I freakin love this game too. One thing I wish would change about the general community is this argument between old fnaf and new fnaf, but really all the games have their own uniqueness and interest to them.

I think the mute works because the minigame depends on sound cues, so when you mute it the game skips it because you have no way of playing the minigame

Hey theres a game nobody has ever done a speedrun for. Its a game ive played for a long time called Total Miner, it has a game mode called dig deep where the objective is to reach the bottom of the world. Im pretty sure it might be impossible due to how deep it is but i think you should give it a go, partly because i wanna see how a run would work partly because i just wish the game was more popular. :) also its on steam.

Same, fnaf is this enigma when it comes to replay and rewatch value for me and a lot of folks. Whenever I fnaf game came out, I always had to watch every KZfaqr I liked play it because it was always entertaining in a different way.

if anyone asks their inner self moving opportunities happen like that: every 5 seconds a number 1 to 20 gets generated, if the generated number is bigger than the AI number, the animatronic has brain damage (doesnt move) if the generated number is less, or equal to, the animatronic evades brain damage and proceeds forward (next or one of 2/3/4 rooms)

You should try Astralspiffs all games marathon 😀 Rules for it- Must complete every game including their DLCS (so for example you would have to play ruin and security breach) If you want, beat the clown atleast once. You can take breaks (as his current quickest time is like 17 hours) No major skips (so like no CD+ skip, control s is a skip that skips dialogue in some of the games like sister location(it shaves off like 30 minutes off your time)) It can be any% or 100% Yes, all games, so fnaf1, 2, 3, 4, world, 5, worlds halloween update, 6, help wanted, dreadbear DLC, game for matpats charity stream, "protein shake" (monty), security breach, ruin DLC, and help wanted two. AR is not included as it can dox you This speedrun would be really cool :> ALSO IM NOT FULLY SURE ABOUT THE RULES YOU CAN CHECK ONE OF HIS MARATHONS IF YOU WANT TO 😭😭

Wouldn't it be more optimal to put audio lure one room lower, so that every time an animatronic fails to attack you- due to silence or flashlight- they afterwards have extra chance of moving further away?
