Unglaublich was diese geschickten Spezialisten können! Ein Tipp! Beim Schweissen MUSS die Masse (Ground) direkt am Werkstück Kontakt haben! Wenn der Schweiß Strom über die Drehbank läuft, werden alle Kugellager zerstört!

Totally agree. Did you see the heat treating procedure? WOW... All of OSHA regulation were adhered, steel toes sandals, tight fitting clothing, face mask for fumes, and of course SAFETY glasses. Then again you don't need then if you squint when grinding. Want to bet longevity of that axle?

Muy buen trabajo de artesanía. Pero al instalarlo en el vehículo y cargarlo seguramente se romperá otra vez, porque el material ya sufrió mucho calentamiento y ya no es resistente como cuando salió de fábrica, que fue hecho de una sola pieza en un molde y templado.

That shaft was cracked for a LONG time. Look how black it is!

A shaft broken from stress. Drill and tap. insert a threaded rod 1/3 the diameter of the shaft. Then fill weld using a buz box with bent welding rod. This new shaft must be at least 200 times stronger than original.

عمل ممتاز ،و لكن غياب تام للامن و الامان اثناء العمل،.. كان عليك ان لا تستعمل المطرقة لإدخال القطعة ،و الآخر جالس تحت ،...عليك استعمال آلة ضاغطة بدل المطرقة ،هي ليست غالية و هي أكثر أمانا من المطرقة ،..كما يمكنك صناعتها في ورشتك .ليست صعبة لصنعها... هذا إن لم تتمكن من شراء آلة ضاغطة لإدخال القطع... اتمنى ان اراك في فيديو آخر تحرس اشد الحرص على امانك و امان مساعدك ... انت تستاهل كل خير .سلام.

You can tell by the tooling they have ready for the job that this is not there first rodeo. I'm sure they have compared the cost of their repair and its longevity to the cost and availability of a new part. It will work to there expected standards.
