The soundfonts between DP and HGSS are indeed different. DP uses the soundfont that the DS used for most early games, but HGSS uses the soundfont that was used for BW. I can't remember the exact names for the soundfonts but they are different Also, you forgot to mention that the only move that has the ??? type is Curse

The Ruins of Alph/Hiroshima connection is pretty much confirmed by the leaked Gold and Silver beta. The ruins are accessed in a city whose location corresponds to Hiroshima, and are entered through a building that resembles the Hiroshima Peace Memorial. The beta also has markings on the wall that resemble a meteor falling on people while an aircraft is flying away. In the released game, the three Pokémon that are included on the sliding puzzles are Kabuto, Aerodactyl, and Ho-Oh. Kabuto and Aerodactyl are extinct, bringing to mind death. Ho-Oh has more significance, having transformed the Pokémon who died in the Burned Tower into Suicune, Entei, and Raikou. Perhaps he transformed the victims of the bomb into the Unown? He's also needed in order to access the entirety of the ruins, and isn't replaced with Lugia in Silver version, like you'd expect. The radio broadcast in the Ruins of Alph also sound like nuclear radiation.
