13:42 if I remember correctly in Pokemon Legends Arceus they say that them shrinking is actually something the pokemon themselves have the ability to do, the pokeballs just allow for safer transport when in that state.

Good video! I just wanna say that Froslass is based off the yokai of Yuki Ona and Jinx is supposed to be based off mountain hags known as Yama-uba which is also what Yamanba is based off

21:14 Remember that all the team leadersa in Rainbow Rocket are from alternate timelines where they succeeded in their plans. Also, the official name for Suicune's, Raikou's, and Entei's trio is the Legendary Beasts. They also look more like felines than dogs: Suicune is a leopard, Raikou is a sabertooth/tiger and Entei is a lion.

The "Jirachi on the moon" one likely refers to the rockets that are launched from the Mossdeep Space Center in Mossdeep City. There is a scientist who tells you how many successful rocket launches there have been. This corresponds to the number of weeks the player has been playing, at least until the clock battery dies. At the time of Ruby and Sapphire, people speculated that after a certain number of launches, like 100, the player would be able to take a rocket into space. At least one of these rumors was that the rocket would take the player to the moon and they could find and catch Jirachi. There were other rumors that involve Deoxys instead. Well done on this video, by the way!

@@astralantonio2020 You're welcome! I'll be sure to check out the next part as well. The Delta episode in Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, in which the player rides Mega Rayquaza into space to face Deoxys, is likely a reference to these old rumors.

Jinx was changed in 2002, way before blackface was a offensive thing. I never saw Jinx as a black woman before until it was brought up that it was changed to not be offensive.
