Hi Jessica! We are actually working on the lift and tint video! As for your other question, you can absolutely tint the bottom lashes after step 2! We suggest doing the tint on the bottom lashes when you are tinting the top lashes. remove the eyepads and place new ones under the bottom lashes. Use the PLA Protective Eye Guard while tinting will eliminate the tint from staining the skin. Hi there, you can absolutely use warm water to remove the adhesive from the lashes. You do that before you apply the nourish as well. As for tint, you would tint the lashes before applying nourish. Depending on which tint you use, we recommend leaving the tint on for about 5 minutes. 💕

Hey Nichole! 💕 Rods can be reusable. You would just have to sanitize them according to your regional health department sanitation guidelines. When selecting the sizing of your rods, place the rods on the eyelids and brush the eyelashes upwards. You want to check that the length of the eyelashes reach around about 2/3 -3/4 of the rod. It needs to bend back, but not touch the skin around the top.

Hi Leslie, you would do tint after setting the lashes with the Fix Lotion have been clean off. Then you can apply the Nourish Lotion after the tint!

Please inform your clients to be gentle with their lashes after the process, including rubbing and sleeping on them. Please tell them to avoid getting the lashes wet, use mascara or make up for 24 hours after the lift. After that, they can use make up but make sure not to use waterproof anything.
