It seems to me that Russian police have very little authority, and that legal complaints have to go through a process of filing and documentation before the police can really do anything. Maybe im wrong and all the cops in Russia are just shitty, idk

the problem is that they have several polices, and in the end you need to use the right one, some only do traffic offenses, others are just these guys you see doing nothing, others are for judiciary crimes and the top tier is the kgb (now under a different name) who do the killing and can't be stopped.

No idea why their sidewalks are as big as a highway when there's like a dozen people walking on them at any one time in a lot of these videos, there's more than enough room to halve them for a few more traffic lanes but I guess you'll always have arrogant assholes trying to drive on them.

They have +150 million cameras with face recognition already, but are planning to have 620 million by 2020... they also introduced a point system. So people doing even remotely illegal things or unsympathetic things (not visiting grandma enough) will lose points. While doing positive will earn them points (such as pointing out other peoples mistakes/actions). They're pretty much fucked there

@GLORP !, the size of a sidewalk has nothing to do with a drive-through. We drive through into our back lanes. The way they have it designed, is inviting the stupid drivers to drive on the sidewalk.

After seeing lot of your videos, the only thing that comes to my mind, is that the fines for DRIVING ON THE SIDEWALK are ridiculous low, I don't know which is the amount for this in Russia but in Spain for example I think is like 200€ and some points of the driving license, also trying to run over someone because you wanna drive through the sidewalk I would say is treated as a serious misconduct meaning that you could even go to jail and lose the driving license. If I were you I would try to speak with your government or any administration that could help you increasing the amount for this kind of fines, if people don't give a fuck about others lets try with something they will care about, money. Keep the good work guys!

@@SeanD808 I would say that when someone get a driving license, they should know that you can not drive on the sidewalks and these sidewalks are located at the right side of the roads, being only for pedestrian use. Its also the city failure that people try to run over pedestrian on the sidewalks because there are no signs to make it clear? come on dude...
