I was really young, maybe around first grade, when this song came out. I had this ragged old stuffed animal beagle as long as I remember. When the song came out, I was so in love with it whenever it played in my mom's car that I named the stuffed animal Delilah. And yes I still have that stuffed animal to this day. some will see it as immature. But when I feel it's old fur and hear this song after more than ten years, it gives me the nostalgia of the young carefree days. If you read this thx I guess.

She passed away in my arms as I gently sung this song to her and let her know how much I love her and how much everyone loves her.
