We already have those kind of units by Palmetto Bay Park and the McDonald's and let me say they are UNAFFORDABLE!! These will be $5,000 for a 3 bedroom because, convenience? There will probably be so many people trying to be there, that there will be a 2 hour wait just to eat. The people that will work at those places won't be able to afford to live there. Let's not get started on the traffic on US1. We can hardly get to Target under 20mins.

Folks we have to start somewhere . If they make shopping , entertainment areas it will attract others to not only live but to invest and force the poor community to prosper. They’ll have to raise wages and standards as well. Hopefully, It won’t be known for a community for the poor. I’m planning on buying property in the area and see this Moll as a step towards progress.

This is completely unnecessary. Leave that mall alone. I used to go to the Cutler Ridge Mall (now Southland Mall) and still think it's a great mall. It just needs more stores/tenants. This "new" project is only going to push the poor out. Local residents should do ALL THEY CAN to fight this future segregation project with the town of Cutler Bay.

Restaurant and entertainment jobs are low paying jobs…
