Frontier has announced a pile of official cheats for Planet Coaster today, #PlanCoCheatDay saw cheats leaked across the internet! Here's the full list:
BOLLARD - Name a Go Kart track 'Bollard' to enable the ability to RIDE your go karts! Use WASD to control a go kart whilst using the ride camera
ANDY CHAPPELL - Name a guest 'Andy Chappell' to see them whizz around the go kart track at super speed!
LOCKETTMAN - Name a Security Gaurd 'Lockettman' to see guests bounce off them when giving chase
DAVID GETLEY - Name a staff member 'David Getley' to increase crime in the park
JAMES TAYLOR - Name a guest 'James Taylor' to lower friction on all coasters and some track rides
ANDY FLETCHER - Name a guest 'Andy Fletcher' to remove friction on all coasters and some track rides
McLINTHE - Name a shop 'McLinthe' to make everyone in the park PUKE!
TEGIDCAM - It's Back! Name a guest 'Tegidcam' to enter a first person camera mode!
STEVE WILKINS - Name a staff member 'Steve Wilkins' to increase the rate that rides need repairing
FRONTIER - Name a ride 'Frontier' to remove the chance of all rides breaking down
Planet Coaster is a construction and management simulation video game developed and published by Frontier Developments. The game is a spiritual successor to the RollerCoaster Tycoon series, and is perfect for the detailer, with the third game in that series having been previously developed by Frontier.

Frontier just needs to add a feature where you can play as a guest in first person with a hunger and thirst bar, money, all that stuff. That'd be a great way to test that parks are guest friendly.

You can disable staff happiness decreasing and staff management.

go to settings and disable those. you'll be fine after that.

You can drive a ghost busters car with no cheat just place ecto 1 and click on it on drive vehicle

wonder what happens to guests that you rename... do they become "special guests" that now never leave your park? or do we have to pick a new guest for a name change after the other one leaves?

From what I can tell, naming the guest activates the cheat which then continues throughout that play session... you can name a guest to activate the cheat then rename them back, the cheat will still be active until you reload the card.

I hope they work on the go carts and controllable first person. I also hope in the future it is not a cheat code but instead a feature.

+The Boss it feels like these cheat codes are testing the water for some features... if they had made them features they would have to be perfect, where as here they can iron them out whilst they 'are only cheats'

I can't wait to actually PLAY this game! There's no way my laptop could run this game to its potential so I decided a few months ago to to start buying parts to build a computer, with the help of a friend. But to keep in the loop with the game and to learn all about it I've been watching your videos. You are so creative and I enjoy listening to what you have to say! Keep it up!

Not everybody has a TOUCHPAD mouse, so for me, I want to see a sweet CAMERA cheat. I'm still having trouble. If I want to get to the backside of a building or ride I'm working on, there is no smooth or quick way to do that unless the camera swings to the park edge, 90 miles out of the way. Then valuable time is wasted getting back to the ride, etc.

Is there a way to keep vendors from leaving store? In sand box its very annoying when you are trying to build the park. The notice doesn't go to the shop so you constantly spend time looking for which shop has no vendor.

I wish there was like a proper guest experience where you could walk around, go on rides, take a shit etc. It would be a great way to really understand what your park is like for guests

James Taylor together with the camera is probably the only real useful cheats. Its great for making more coasters more realistic where you control the speed with brakes. To bad you can't chose it pr.coaster / ride though.

What about the cheat code for the tythoon coaster being able to swap out the train with any train in the game?

If I change a ride name to Frontier and then change it back to whatever it was, will it still be unbreakable? I got one hyper coaster in my challenge park that litterally breaks down every time it goes around the track, it is absolutely super annoying..

wonder if lockettman can be a work around for the bug thats in older scenarios where you get bombarded with thefts

FightorFlight Gamer in those scenarios you can turn crime off. It was driving me nuts cause I just bought the game, and was getting notifications every two seconds for it, and had no option to place cameras yet.

yeh I tried that & still got notifications. I turned it off after I'd started the scenario though so maybe if you do that before you start if would work. I'm out of luck now too far into it.

for your sandbox park you should put the carousel in the ground and rename it frontier each time you want to get to playing

Once you turn a feature on with a cheat, how do you turn it off? Do you have to find the same guest/employee and rename him/her?

I wish there was a cheat to increase prestige on a ride to attract more people to it also an option where you can play as your avatar and waunder around and go on whatever ride you want to.

That boomerang shouldn't have gone flying off the end..even with no friction it can't go any higher than it started, and assuming both ends are the same height it should stop right at the top

I wish there was ride name code that completely disables the chance of all super extreme rides having these ride too scary, nauseating or G-force limit exceeding popups because thats annoying. That code should be named "BAD WORD CHOMPER"

Just got this game and I think I've managed the first person walking but it's very wonky for me and hard to control. I still can't figure out how to ride the rides. Never mind the Go Carts, I'll do that later on but I see people getting on whatever rides they want. How do they do this please???

love this game but i'm done building custom coasters.. they always "exceed the g force limits" .. unless i make a very tame ride they say this. i made a ride with ONE loop.... ONE loop and very smooth turns/banking and it still exceeded the limits... tired of wasting time building cool rides just to have nobody ride them, they should fix this or add an arcade mode, because the rides i'm making are very realistic and still somehow get deemed as too scary..

Your roller coaster looks like an extended version of the ride Invertigo from King's Island. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invertigo_(roller_coaster). It as the same lift system where it it raises the train and releases it back down through the station through inversions similar to what you have, minus the extra tilted loop you have.
