Meme. Planet Cup was a Pen Spinning Beginner Tournament aimed towards the improvement of the newer spinners in the Planet Discord and of its promotion on late 2021.
As requested, I compiled each of the participants in an edit as a medium of reflection whilst respecting the privacy of those that did not want to be in (**). Please note that the standard of the Tournament was intended for self-improvement and promotive growth of the Planet Cup Server. The structure was casual in nature against more formal events such as the World Tournaments or Cups.
Massive thanks to @GaryNotEthan for providing the mod prize, check out his channel for the video describing the creation process of the pen given to the Cup's winner. Also thanks towards Freeman for supporting the project as a spectator, alongside all the participants involved.
Enjoyed the editing process for this one though, may do an edit for the earlier World Cup as some future project since there's currently none on YT or in Pad's channel. Also, thumbnails are Jupiter's Moons, not Planets, referencing Mizu's attempts in bot creation lol. Unlikely there will be another one so we may as well reflect on the what not to dos.

Final Remarks
Despite concluding in odd ways regarding the judging results (justice for Group D and ZG lol), I feel most spinners were able to appreciate participation for the sake of self-improvement in the aspects of challenging oneself. Although I would have sought the improvements of aspects such as matchups and lineups, my focus on judging and making personal comments to help the participants took toll on time, the rest designated to Mumm3y as I stepped out early from the organization roles.
Many aspects I learnt throughout the roles of judging, editing, and understanding the structures of engagement allowed for my benefit of new knowledge though. The steps from judging small battles to little tournaments makes me further appreciate each effort from each individual spinner: seeking improvements in rounds, taking of advice or personal improvements, and eventually seeing that growth in the spinners they are today.
In spite of the clown moments (Mumm3y changed his mind on the final results after a year lol), each particular aspect of development only allowed for my confrontation to the many individual efforts taken to enjoy the hobby of Pen Spinning. I would say to continue improving in the hobby from the vastness of what you enjoy and get from Pen Spinning, no matter what it may look like. As the English-speaking PS scene is left drier in activity post pandemic, it does not hurt to compete in a tournament or two, and to even try something new.
