You can modify old medical elbow crutches. I had a pair ready for a costume of the " Attack the Block" aliens -they're super fun to "run" around in. Or you could make something, like these in the video.

Didn´t see her in that but I remember her from that 30 movie she did with Jennifer Garner. She looks much happier now before she was so super pale and had a sadness in her eyes and she also looked hungry, now she looks like she is in a good place again.

It's so the actors can walk like apes. Apes walk quadrupedally on their knuckles. Humans can't do that so well because our legs are way longer than our arms. So, the actors use those things to essentially extend the length of their arms so they can move more like an ape.

Yeah, that's not accurate. We certainly are capable of accomplishing feats that would normally be considered superhuman during rushes of adrenaline, but that isn't the same as actually being that strong; those scenarios tend to place enormous strain on our bones and muscles, and people in those examples tend to severely injure themselves during such accomplishments. The reason why we're not as strong as the other apes has less to do with some kind of "limiter" as it does body structure and density (after all, if we can become more powerful during a burst of adrenaline, surely they can too? Adrenaline isn't unique to humans). You're correct that we sacrificed strength for range of motion and manual dexterity, and that's something that we can't really overcome; not just in muscle mass, but also muscle size, density and how and where our ligaments are attached. Either way, all the other great apes are absolutely stronger than us. Unequivocally.
