Thank you so much Frontier! I used to play Zoo Tycoon 2, Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, and Jurassic Park Operation Genesis when I was a kid. You making Planet Zoo, Planet Coaster, and Jurassic World Evolution 2 for console made me nostalgic!

I grew up on Zoo tycoon 2. I was so sad about Zoo Tycoon on XBox 1 being terrible. I thought many times about getting a PC just for this game. Pre Ordered the deluxe edition the minute I realized it was coming to console. I do worry though. Jurassic World Evolution 2(also a frontier game) lags really bad really quickly. At least on the XBox SS. But I wanted it so bad I just could not resist. Also I hope the roster adds Leopards, Walrus, Bighorn Sheep, and some birds. Glaring omissions.

@@tomr1991 I hope that it runs well for you Tom, on the PS5 Jurassic World runs well, at least for me. I agree with all the animals that you mention, especially the birds. I would love to see the Cinereous Vulture, or black Vulture AKA. In real life, I can’t stop looking at these amazingly massive birds.

This makes me so happy ! So glad to see that we can still have the options to be crearive and build from scratch rather than pre fab stuff like in JWE. I would love this flexibility in JW1 and 2 (hint hint PZ developers) - in fact so much, that I would rebuy both games for these options.

Well for everyone worried about the complexity meter just remember that all the campaign zoos are affected by it aswell. Which means that a fairly detailed zoo like this does have a meter, and as you can se there’s a lot on screen and a lot you’ll be able to add, from what I can se I’d say that this is around 20%-25% of the meter compared to scenario 3 what they showed a couple weeks ago this campaign map isn’t as detailed or got as much going on.

@@viridisonya but why blow money on pc when many people don't give a rat ass about frame over 60 and don't use it for work. Console is far cheaper than pc and we don't have to wait for many exclusives games to come to pc 2+ years later or never and this is coming from someone who had a custom built pc that can run games at 100+ fps. Pc was perfect before but now it's nothing unique

Yes, but you would need to connect a path to it. You could hide the path inside building pieces, then lead it to the side of the building and make it look like a fire escape or something?

In the stream from a couple weeks ago they showed us scenario 3, in which they confirmed that it was around 33%. Now this footage shows the first campaign zoo which is about half the size off scenario 3’s zoo so I’m guessing it’s anywhere between 20%-25%.

@@weronikajaruzel6668 well we’re 2 weeks away from launch I’m guessing they will show a zoo that’s at the least least at 70% before the game releases. Just in case the size is to small for some people and they want refunds on there preorders they kinda need to cover themselves like that.

The game is compatible with a mouse and keyboard which makes it much easier. But I used the controller for planet coaster and after some practice I quickly got used to it. So much so that I don’t bother with a mouse and keyboard.

Sadly this is one game that will never get physical. There r some games u kinda gotta be fine going digital only. Tycoons especially r better suited for digital compared to story centric campaign games
