I remember being in a main battle tank during the battle for the crown in 2014 on ceres. I don't think I will be able to forget the sight of the massive Terran hoard, with MTSs and ESFs on the horizon charging the lines of the new conglomerate.

The crown days where really annoying for me... nothing would ever happen besides a 3-way at the crown... lattice link was a good idea in my eyes. But with construction out now is the best time to jump back in, it adds a whole layer of awesome to the game. All the black and baron landscape between bases now are meaningful!

Think about it. If you, like most people, are loyal to one faction, Dan just dissed you once, but he dissed your enemies twice, so they'd be fine with it. Being a fucking badass rapper doesn't hurt either.

This was my first exposure to Dan way back when, and due to constant repeats this and his Halo 4 rap have been engrained into my mind as my favourites, taking over the Dishonoured rap by a relatively reasonably-sized margin.

Only in Planetside will you get that feel of being outnumbers and running dry on mags.. You see your sunder pop.. Your medic goes down.. You start running low on ammo.. You grab your side arm.. (15 Seconds left on the cap) You duck and fire untill your out and you grab your knife slide too the door., wait for that breach.., 3 seconds left you see a max charge in and you run past him and start stabbing... You get the cap and win the base.... And you think... It's only the start...

This is such a great theme to have looping when you're playing the game, reminds me of so many good fights and scrapes. I remember on Amerish, my and two other platoons broke off from the rest of the N.C zerg, thinking we could flank the T.R and Vanu at one of the Tech Plants (Might have been Mekala or Heyoka), only for us to run into Vanu reinforcements. After about 3 hours, we managed to kick them out off the small hill we had been holding, using a circle of sunderers as a makeshift fort and relying on bombing runs to drive back the waves of purple that had tried to destroy us. After a few minutes of picking off stragglers we got cornered in the Tech Plant by T.R and more vanu, which had dropped on opposite sides of the compound - absolute hell.

Aidan A I have a story. Once upon a green Amerish field, there was a large ditch and a tank platoon. We were in the ditch. I was an engineer. The tanks would pop up over the ditch and fire one round, fall back and reload. It was the coolest thing ever. Just seeing a stretch of tanks all popping over the hill and firing. God it was awesome.

Pintroll300 that happened to me but I was on the TR, we just took this base and as we were repairing the turrets the first couple of vanu sunderer came over the hill and then came the NC, we held out for about thirty minutes until NC infiltrators got path our perimeter and began camping outside the spawn point so no engineers could come out and repair the turrets and eventually we lost all of them and had too evacuate the facility

I made some epic killstreaks and had great moments with the standard weapons too, now I bought myself a new gun with the certs I earned playing the game, and Im on par with all the other players, without spending a cent :)

trailers aren't for accuracy. this isn't gameplay trailer, it just shows how the creators imagined planetside 2, probably. you know what are shit cgi trailers? BF and CoD ones. they say "gameplay trailer" but it shows you cgi trailer.

True, true. But at least some games show what the game looks like, albeit not with as good graphics. This trailer makes planestide 2 look dreary and boring - basically like every generic fps out there *cough CoD cough.* But in reality Planetside 2 is really colourful and vibrant. Not hating on the game; its one of my favourites. Also I don't watch cod or BF trailers, so I wouldn't know.

this trailer is a bit dark yeah, but it's probably for the badass-aspect of the trailer. "Oh, look at us running trough burning things and flying about shooting people" instead of the real game, where it's more like "Ooh a pink plant! lets hug it" -finding out it's a pink magrider.

lol, Vanu ftw no discussion. Reapers cane rape and rip any other aircraft, and their MAX looks so damn awesome. Althougg for some reason, even if their unique vehicles are best, the enemies seem to be winning most infantry fights.... good thing I'm always sitting in my flash shooting them from ridiculous hiding spots, or just playing the terrifying (for the enemy) sneaky Max. You don't even need to try the other factions, the Vanu are best by definition.

As a proud member of TR, I can confirm that VS is by far the strongest faction
