Definitely looks like a junk journal to me! Everything u do comes together so nicely everytime. I just started a "creative journal" last month. It feels good sometimes to not worry about putting a box on straight. Lol.

Junk journaling is a lot of fun. There are no rules in junk journaling, its whatever you like. I watch "The Paper Outpost" here on KZfaq. If you want some inspiration for junk journaling. She is really good and fun to watch. I loved the page you did, it was beautiful!!! By the way I love your videos and love love love my Happy Planners. I just ordered some more stuff from your links. I have the mini, the classic, the meal planner and the budget planner. I have tried others and just can't function with them, always end up going back to my Happy Planner. Love decorating with the Happy Planner. I also have ADHD and sound so much like you!!! You videos are really inspiring and help give me ideas with ways to control my planning better. Keep your head up and know that you are an inspiration to many!!! Thank you so much!!!

Most junk journals are a considerable variation of mixed media which consists of torn pages, paints, lace trimming, magazine clippings, etc. It’s very eclectic when you put it all together in a way that the artists layers it, or not. Use your imagination and have fun with it, no rhyme or reason, just let it flow. Hope this helps you.
