Vegan Beef Marinade
1 cup Vegan Beef Slices
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Tapioca Starch
Cook Marinated Beef with
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Garlic (wait to add until beef is halfway through cooking, so the garlic doesn't burn)
Remove Beef from Pan.
Then you're ready to make the whole dish.
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 cup Garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger, minced
1 cup Water
7 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp White Vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Tapioca Starch
1/2 tbsp Mushroom Seasoning
1 Carrot, thick julienne
1 Zucchini, chopped into big cubes
1/4 cup Mushrooms (I used oyster mushrooms)
1/4 cup Scallions, sliced
2 lbs Lo Mein Noodles
1/2 cup Fried Tofu
Veg of Choice
1 cup Chinese Broccoli, thickly sliced
1 cup Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
Vegan Beef
garnish with scallions.
Note: feel free to substitute any vegan protein you want for the beef or omit that step entirely.
