Need an opinion. I want to overseed my lawn next week. Do you recommend aeration, then overseeding with a broadcast, or slice seeding?

This is a shockingly bad explanation of the differences between sprigging and seeding bermudagrasses. There are pros and cons to each method, but they are not what is described in this video. I sprig and seed bermudagrass professionally, and I hope nobody makes decisions about what to do with their land based on this video.
