Laura, I know you worry about posting the same thing year after year, but as someone who basically lives alone, it's really nice to have a kind voice in my life. Sometimes I am eagerly watching the tours of the garden, the plants, or antiquing days. Some days I am furiously taking notes of what new plants to request at my local garaden center. And some days I am listening to you cheerful charm while I work on my own projects. Your channel is a birght spot, especially in the dim days right now, and I love to see whatever y'all put out!

Just sending a Shout Out to Ken. My order from your store got held up at the post office I think before it left your state, not sure. I contacted Ken and he contacted the post office and they determined the package was lost. Ken took care of everything and got a replacement order out to me right away. I received it today. I recognize those seed packets in the beginning. And, you confirmed that they were from Swallowtail Garden Seeds! I received my first order from them last week and so excited to grow their unique flowers and herbs seeds I found on their website. I am impressed with their seed envelopes, information, and that they put their seeds in little ziploc bags inside the envelopes. Seems like they are new best friend in my seed supply! Also, you reminded me that it is time for seed! WOOHOO!

Great video for me here in zone 7. I am starting seeds for the first time and I'm sure I went overboard in the amount of seeds that I ordered. Hopefully I can keep them ok in the greenhouse with the portable heaters. So far the lowest it got with our 170 hours below freezing was 49. I do have a couple of small heat mats.

I love to see all the different varieties of geraniums (pelargoniums, really 😉) because I used to only see the old-fashioned reds and whites. How long do you think they could live, if in a greenhouse? I got a beautiful peach-coloured mystery variety about 3 years ago that has performed beautifully in a south-facing window box, even through our Irish winters. Only now it is starting to wane and is showing signs of a fungal infection. I’m hoping it will recover with treatment, but I already took a cutting last year just in case! 😊
