Even if they don't address all of the major issues, it's nice seeing Popcap be more open and interacting with the community, even if it's just a small start.

Honestly, the only way I could see them making this a game I would enjoy playing is if they make the PvZ 3 we have now a side mode, like an endless mode with random levels that get harder the higher you get. And then they focus on a more traditional PvZ type game that sticks to the formula.

Maybe there could be more house layouts, like in mario maker, where the zombies can climb drainage pipes to get to the roof and into the chimney? Something like PVZ Hero's Roof, lawn and pool layout, having bigger maps with more plants to choose from for the defense.

That’s what I’m half expecting them to do, would allow them an opportunity for allowing you to choose your plants without affecting this new puzzle style they’re going for 😊

An idea that's going nowhere but that I have is that each level has randomized weather, temperature, soil pH etc. so you'd be left with no choice other than to choose plants that can adapt to them or help other plants do the same.

All I think they need to do to fix pvz 3 is, longer levels or ability to stall. No garden shapes crap. And to pick your own seeds.

Glad to know they are going to balance the right amount of difficulty, it is one of the worst problems the game has and I think it will make it a better experience

Anyone following the gw2 discord server? Its been quite a rollercoaster! From my understanding, mods are STILL POSSIBLE!! The bad news is, hackers are still using them online.. and they are worsening the experience of the game for people who play fairly. Just stopped by to see if Red had any updates regarding gw2.

ive always been on board with popcap and pvz3, never had a problem. but I can agree that it is very nice to see that they are starting to try and build the community again. im sure that all the sheep will still hate this game like how demons hate holy water, but its nice that popcap is trying to get them back on their side.

Probably not a common opinion, but im fine with the forced plants in PvZ3. PvZ2 has already shown that lock and loaded levels do have their advantages, and when you delve into PvZ2 modding, lock and loaded levels can make levels super unique by forcing a certain playstyle, or making you counter a zombie differently, or making you rethink a threat entirely. They want PvZ3 to be puzzle-esque, so they clearly want to take PvZ3 in this direction. It's just that PvZ3 lacks the mechanics and level design to take advantage of its benefits.

Plants vs zombies and infinite level puzzle games are two things that shouldve never been mixed. Thats why everyones saying this game is boring because we're used to playing 2 or 3 levels before getting a new plant and only 10 levels before reaching a new area with new enemies and more plants to unlock not like 80 100 levels just to unlock one plant if people who have played those types of puzzle games before but only heard about PVZ never played it they might really like this game, but everyone whose actually played PVZ will call it boring and thats already happened

I have too much faith in pvz3 although lately I can't play it because it gives me an error on the servers because of how much I played it, it is a game with too much potential
