Wow...this is good....we thicken the gravy with coconut, cashew and khuskhus paste.and for a binding for the koftas we use bhuna channa...as a variation we fry these koftas and add them to the gravy for an added richness! This way....yummy too!Thank you Wendy!😊🙂

With the onions i like to give them a quick blast in the microwave for 3-4 minutes and spread them on a lined baking sheet to cool before mixing into the meatballs. Sometimes i use fine bulgur wheat and breadcrumbs for abit of a change, i rehydrate the fine bulgur with some beef stock and or chicken stock depending on if i use just beef or a blend of different minced meats.

A knock on the door, Said "hello' from Toronto. Here's an easy peasy recipe, On meat ball curry. Marinated mince is set aside, The pan is heated as onions are fried. The curry is ready to cook the meat balls, Garnished with coriander, that's about all. Taste test speaks for itself, I'm surely trying this out myself. 👌👌😋😋😋😋
