This video will take you to Playa Del Carmen Beach in Mexico and provide information and an update on the seaweed situation. This video was shot at sunrise in front of the Hilton and Hyatt. The amount of seaweed on the beaches have not changed much! The beaches are so much better than this time last year and continue to be beautiful.
Playa del Carmen is a coastal resort town in Mexico, along the Yucatán Peninsula's Riviera Maya strip of Caribbean shoreline. In the state of Quintana Roo, it’s known for its palm-lined beaches and coral reefs.

It’s nice to see that they put a lot of effort in cleaning up the seaweed . The beaches look great . Just a little bit of seaweed that came in over night in from of the Hilton , but not enough to make it smell . Whenever you see a sudden drop off on the beach that’s an indication of erosion. But that doesn’t look major . Thanks for the update

its sad to see those beaches today with the erosion !!!.in a year or two they will be gone... varadero still have good size beaches but they have no bread anymore 😐😒 and no butter etc etc etc. so sad
