I don't know if I would call it a playable league bias but it's not a secret that when a league is loaded it is simulated in more detail and differently than when a league isn't loaded. The amount of players produced in that league is more compared to when it's not loaded, injuries are different etc. This is why personally I like to have as many leagues as I can simulated in full detail without compromising too much speed because you will get a bit more competition from the AI when you go to sign players or staff members

Yeah, definitely gotta add as many leagues as possible to minimize the effect. I'd still love to see them do some improvements tho. I do understand the simulation level is different but as a developer myself I can think of strategies to make it a bit more realistic. For example - only two Bulgarian teams have ever gotten to the CL group stage and only once the team finished 3rd (and not 4th). It's just statistically unlikely that in the next 5 years 2-3 clubs from the country will be reaching the latter stages of the European tournaments and the league will suddenly jump from 26th to 10th and will get new spots, a lot of money etc.

There is also a difference between having the league set as playable and whether or not the detail levels have been touched. With no detail set, Haaland barely scores 25 goals in the league, with "all competitive matches on" He will score 25 minimum and even get into the mid 40s or even 50s on occasion!
