Player AFK Mining Machine V 2.0 [Minecraft 1.17+]

In 1.17 the majority of ores will not be exposed in caves, the only way to get them will be through stip mining. Today I will show you an alternative to this method. It uses a player himself to mine all the blocks that you want, meaning that you can afk for up to 2 hours with no direct interaction to the player needed.

Also one realy important thing I forgot to mention, if you are going to run this on non peacefull gamemodes you will need a mobswitch to keep mobs from spawning inside your new tunnels ;)

Nice video, I love it! As a suggestion, you can try implementing an XP stop (with an xp farm ) where the player would fix his pickaxe that has mending. It may be fun to try and build it, although it will make the entire thing much more complex :D

Thank you ! Yes I have also been thinking about it it would make it more automatic, but the problem becomes that the players inventory fills up realy quickly. One solution could be to kill the player, but respawning requieres a auto clicker . But I realy do like the idea

@@LordJon25 perhaps before the player gets in the minecart, a pressure plate activates a player stop, and dispensers to dispense just enough xp that was used (most likely done with hopper clock that gets activated by the pressure plate) after clock switches the player stop retracts allowing the player to continue the cycle. Just an idea

Interesting! Have you considered adding a pickaxe exchange using item frames (being hit by snowballs) and droppers?

Thank you, thats a very interesting idea, could work, altho I am not entirely sure if the player would actualy mine it before he would place the item in or not. :)

You can put a dropper that puts pickaces into your inventory so that you dont have to do it manualy.

Very awesome idea but it won't be very effective for the actual survival because of the time you will spend making this and just manually doing it with haste 2, as you also said you need a mobswitch that also requires time to make it.

Thank you, yes that is true, it totaly depends on your exact scenario, perhaps if you would want to boost your player stats it would make sence :p

Please read tihis... I know you are og just like me... And... Rn i am very sad because i just... .... Do you remember playing good old walls on wall-craft... It was best game, wasn't it? I am sooo sad that you cant find such a good game those days, like walls was... Do you remember old hunger games? Do you remember old prison? I used to play on wall-craft all day...
