I know this is a very old clip, but if you guys are interested... the most recent Uruha's APEX stream featured two surprise guest of... yes, this legendary trio is back! Though they only mid-game, but definitely recommended to watch.

It was a bug, as soon as the player profile loads ingame, people can punch others randomly even when not able to see resulting in her being punched to downed state. I done this before, got a kill with it. Edit: It has been patched already just saying.

translation error at at 0:24. when uruha says "i hate this game".shirayuri says,"kawaiiso",which means "poor( girl)" not cute(kawaii).
