I actually grinded from diamond to unreal since 22nd of December and had no issue to win almost everything till i hit champ. Then, it was pure rage, and pain. Especially with hitboxes of other players XD

Air Drifting/DBS looks super jank. It messes up your movement controls and car angle, but doesn't actually affect your air movement direction, which leads to some wacky stuff (for example, using turbo while holding a drift in the air shoots you in the direction your car is moving, not the way it looks like it should). It also gets abused way too much in speedruns lmao, they essentially just keep a boost in the air whenever possible. Just look at broz's sidewinder glitch wr from a couple days ago.

No joke bruv. The people that commented about "this is the best route, you're not doing this right" is flipping everywhere man. These people are on every rocket racing video on KZfaq. And about that crazy skip in sidewinder, the guy just posted it on KZfaq as he always does prior because he's a youtuber. The one who posted it on reddit was probably someone else doing it, idk.

Hey Danny, tell kdence the wobble happens when the game is lagging for the user it's trying to put them were it thinks they should be. I get it alot it NA East now that I have to play in it because no one from NA west is up in champ it seems

With the 2 inline boosters at 25:27, personally i always try to get the one on the left side then jump off the wall and try to hit the 2 on the roof. Every single time i do this i overtake the person in front of me or i see someone mess up going for just the top ones. Idk why but the top ones seem like you need to go for them at an angle and yhe boost on the side helps me get it

i bound drift to a paddle (x) and flip to A, and air boost to B. same as RL controls, i find it works better than default. having drift on a paddle lets you hold it down while being able to press any other button.

The inly controls i switched up is my reset is gonna be R stick press down And my turbo is LB, but everything else is the same. My recoverys are much smoother after the control switch for some reason and ive been rank climbing much faster than before. Hope i dont jinx myself

elite 1% rn (wanted to get it before 2024) and i am happy i set my controls before i jumped into the race maped rocket drift to L1 and boost to R1 which is same as my rocket league controls so its natrual
