I play a rapid game of Fischer Random Chess (Chess 960), or what has recently been referred to as Freestyle Chess against Stockfish Level 6 on lichess. I share my train of thought while playing. Time controls are 10+10. I'm a self-taught National Master in chess out of Pennsylvania, USA who was introduced to the game by my father in 1988 at the age of 8. The purpose of this channel is to share my knowledge of chess to help others improve their game. I enjoy continuing to improve my understanding of this great game, albeit slowly. Consider subscribing here on KZfaq for frequent content, and/or connecting via any or all the below social medias. Your support is greatly appreciated. Take care, bye. :)

I feel so smart for spotting Rxf5. A once-in-a-blue-moon moment where I see something Jerry doesn't.

Lesson learned: if Stockfish 6 doesn’t defend a hanging pawn, don’t take it.

I'd play Fischer Random against Stockfish, but only like 2 or 3 at max. I am not good at this game.

weird position. wonder if it was better to play with the center closed with both knights in the center.

Instead of 26 Bc2, why not QxR+, QxQ+, 27 KxR? You get both rooks for the queen, still have both rooks snd the bishop pair, and you're on black's bishop! If bishop moves, you pin the queen!

I wonder if you would have seen Rf5 if you weren't playing against Stockfish. I know if I play against someone I think is better than me I tend to assume he never makes a mistake so I miss things I would have noticed otherwise.

Jerry, I know you don't like sharing about your private life but are you by chance on autism spectrum? Because your way of communicating things makes perfect sense to me.
@nedks11
@nedks11 2 ай бұрын
This seems like an odd conclusion. Surely autism is not the main factor in whether someone is good at teaching you.
@nimrodelbeats
@nimrodelbeats 2 ай бұрын
@@nedks11 You seem to miss my point here. Thing is, we autistics have very terrible time relating to the way neurotypicals communicate and very dope time with each other. It's not about sheer teaching skills, It's simply we autistics have same language, completely differently wired than neurotypicals. Since Jerry felt so close to me I assumed he talks the same language.
