I know right! Those goons from that Jan incident were obviously affiliated with CCP just from their behavior of trying to hide their true intentions (to get piano time for a propaganda China TV show) then resorting to intimidation and ultimately playing the victim card. Ching Chen Henji is a beautiful song adapted from the Peking opera depicting the story about a woman with 2 children travelling from south of China to the capital of Sung Dynasty in North of China to look for her husband who denied and abandoned them after marrying a princess........... It is a very touching story. Dr. K played the song with the piano to show his appreciation and admiration of Chinese culture, not anti-Chinese as accused by the Little Pink!

Brendan, I've been following the entire saga about the incident with the Chinese TV crew. As a British-born Chinese, I grew up here as a kid, experiencing the usual racial slurs, etc., both in school and outside during the '80s/'90s, but not so much nowadays. One thing I've learned over the years and accepted is that racism is only considered racist if the individual had a conscious intent. However, the recent Chinese trolls who claim that you purposely played this to be racist because the title of the song sounds like it has 'ching chong' in it are absolute bellends and snowflakes. Unfortunately, this is the internet. You can't please everyone as there's always going to be groups of people who will be offended by absolutely anything. This is a delightful song, well played.

铡美案，brendan唱的chingchenhenji这几个字对应的是“近前看端详”，当然有人觉得可能是“秦香莲”的空耳，其实都无所谓啦，我觉得他弹得很好听，跟本没有辱的意思，建议little pink多听几遍Namewee的《玻璃心》吧，hahaha

I was born and raised in China. This musical piece is absolutely beautiful, especially considering it's a piano cover of a Beijing opera. I got a bit moved by it because I think it's a symbolic harmony between the past and the present, as well as east and west. Thank you, Dr. K.
