So this battle was had TSons and Custodes battle with 1500 points. What battle size do you guys usually do for 40k in 40 minutes? 1000 points, 2000 points, or somewhere in the middle of those?

The contrast to the contrasting scheme on the Sons lol. Everyone should paint their army how they want but part of the reason I like these videos is to see the beautiful paint jobs like on the Kairos model. Xmas Sons would be great to see in a themed matchup against Xmas Orcs 🧌🤶

I love that you guys added Sounds to Bridger's bad Karate impression. Also, don't feel too bad about the rules changes, they came out too soon and were absolutely sweeping. Even Datasheet changes, it's like a whole new edition already.

This proves y'all don't doctor the battle reports to make them more exciting, as I can't imagine a world where an editor doesn't want you to roll something back after Magnus is left in charge range on deployment, and is killed before he can't do anything. Zero screening for the centerpiece of the army! I'd have gone as far as to remind my opponent of the crazy risk they are taking in a friendly game.

This is pre balance updates. We typically shoot our games 4-6 weeks in advance of release as our editors put in a tremendous amount of effort into the edits. Still worth the watch, though even though some of the rules have changed.

he does but it's one of 3 options to choose from once per battle. He can either get 12 attacks, have a 2+ invul or fight first. Not all 3. Bridger chose the 12 attacks

in the first turn, when bridger disembarked from the land raider, he said you can’t fire OW at the disembarking unit? is that a custodes rule for that specific unit??

Actually, magnus was to die, before the codex, trajann gave his unit ignore all modifier which made him and his unit ignore impassible form and the potential destined by fate

It didn't make a difference but you get 2 extra dice when you Tank Shock if the S is greater than the T of the target. Should be 8 dice rolled instead of 6 there.

You may be thinking of the restrictions on strategic reserves. Not deep strike.

some of psychic powers are also pistols so if they had pistol powers and a pistol I used both, otherwise it was psychic powers only
