I have just had this issue with my PS4 and the cause was due to it being used in a damp or draughty environment when it changed "rooms", it would turn on and I could watch online videos, live TV but not play games with play disks. Several hours later I tried again with the drive and it fired up as normal... This was back in it's normal home in the downstairs living room. So, many of the fails we have read about, l'm guessing are due to similar environ causes so think before opening the console up! Or paying for unnecessary work OK? In other words place(the PS4) in a warm spot for a few hours then have another try at inserting the game disk.

what to do if your ps4 pulling the disc on its own after i ejecting the disc/remove disc through option menu, and its kinda weird that i only happen to few games like Yakuza Like a Dragon for example
