Plazmaman Vs China intake and Intercooler test

Some back to back testing on Plazmaman Intakes and Intercoolers, Even at low boost and HP levels we gained massive results. Cant wait to do some more testing at higher power levels.

I was a technical consultant for a Japanese heat converter manufacturing company. The company made good products under my guidance and became famous. My advice is that for cooling equipment (radiator oil cooler, intercooler), the installation environment is more important than the functional power of the product. Good luck! !

chinese intercoolers are different and he chosed one of the worst chinese intercoolers with only 18 Straight fins inside...its useless piece of metal, there is nothing to compare...so in this video i can only see a silly man, who cant chose good intercooler...

Yeah but remember they inside a garage not same than outside with airflow🤔

@@titoareglaall1425 outside will have better air because the car will actually be moving instead of just relying on indoor electric fans. Intercoolers are not really that complicated, so i am not surprised if chinese will be able to mass produce them cheaply. Hell, stuff like iphones and other electronics are made there.

Intercoolers aren't really that complicated, so chinese factories will be able to manufacture them quite cheaply. Chinese manufacturing nowadays are not the same as they were back in the early 2000s.

Yeh those aeroflow intercoolers are ok for like 400hp. But it doesnt flow like plazmaman. So the differential pressure builds up more on the suction side and gets hot. My turbo LS is having this issue atm. Need that plazmaman. Ill get 1 off ya soon. Im 568hp at the wheels hopefully push it over 600 with a new cooler

Popped a aeroflow intercooler on my ls turbo at 19 psi. Was running just shy off 900hp though. Just installed a plazaman front mount now. Temps are much lower now. Getting retuned in a week or so

If you watched the vid and considered the pricing, it is actually the chinese intercooler for the win. For people who actually compete professionally, plazmaman is the way to go. For the people who just want make their street car a bit faster on the cheap, chinese intercooler might be the sensible choice. Not everyone who modifies their car actually competes professionally.

Ok but intercooler supposed to work with outside airflow and they inside a shop.i read ebay intercoolers not good i have one on my car but i was thinking on replace asap

So sorry guys, I just watched it a second time.... Just confirming that you ran two different throttle body sizes and what were the respective sizes ???... 72 mm Plazma man and what was the chinese throttlebody size....

TB size isn’t a as big factor in a boosted application like it is in a N/A setup, since the work the engine has to do to intake air is eliminated by the power adder. 72mm vs 90 in a turbo setup isn’t a factor until well north of 1000whp.

China intake manifold would be about $750/1000, A plazmaman intake would set you back around $3000 fully optioned

what did u expected from intercooler, where is only 18 straight fins inside? Its useless piece of metal...chinese intercoolers are very different, and u chosed one of the worst...there is nothing to compare...dislike.
