The only thing bothering me about this particular case is that the superpowers they discovered here won't bring them continuous income. They got a little boost to their community, but now they are likely to continue scamming in order to sustain themselves. These people need to be taught how to market their skills and continue profiting.

@@rat854 I'm assuming you don't quite understand how inflation works so I'll explain it the more money the government prints the less valuable the money becomes inflation is normal for example if you buy an apple today its 10 cents and if you an apple in 5 years it could cost 15 cents what is not normal is hyperinflation that Is when governments print too much money and it essentially becomes worthless so basically the more money they print the less valuable the money is so that's why the government doesn't just print 700 billion dollars and give money to everyone sorry if its a bit confusing I hope it helped

This had a genuinely wholesome ending. That former scammer is a good person and I'm glad that they were able to help improve their community. I love hearing stories like this because they show that there is hope for these people. Sometimes, they just need a gentle nudge in the right direction.

actually they scammed him. you think $100 is going to change a nigerian scammer?. they have laptops and phones that cost way past $100. pleasantgreen feels bad and wants to help. to actually help, you have to be in the place physically or through your own established organization you send over into the country to establish something physical tangible. like a facility to help needy people. not buy sending a scammer money, believing they repented. lol.

Honestly, it could be a turnaround for them. If they keep it up they could use all the money they recieve and expand the help across their homeland. Maybe they were just lost and needed to find their own way. Maybe its why they resorted to scamming as it was a last resort. Maybe they just needed a little motivation and support. And that's where you came in.

Love this. Got tears in my eyes. Sometimes when listening to them on all these channels I can almost tell by their tone and how they speak to the victims that they are not truly happy by what they are doing. Especially the ones who joke, and carry on genuine conversations, even the singing ones. Wish they would all open their Hearts and make a change. Really beautiful story.

Yeah these scammers got on my giveaway a few weeks ago and scammed about 50 subs some for hundreds of dollars I was so angry 🤬🤬🤬. I reported them and got them blocked and deleted on KZfaq but they still have my name and are pretending to be me on some sort of text app🤷🏻‍♂️. It’s a shame because now I don’t wanna do any more giveaways in case they come back🤔

There are actually so many of them daily now on all yalls youtube channels and FB where you can't even like or share ANYTHING AT ALL without them fake channel users commenting and saying,congratulations,you're a winner! It's quite pathetic and i get them all the time and just obviously ignore the hell out of them, it has gotten so bad now that I don't even know if you're real either. LOL.

It makes me sad how some countries have to resort to illegal activity to feed there families like in Mexico father's have to kill newborn turtles just to make a living wage not only that but the media rarely covers ANYTHING in poor countries and even if they do it won't get that much traction because they will write a couple paragraphs of text then immediately get back to "Kanye west hates cake?1?1" Not to mention Ukraine had to go through SEVERAL WARS with little to none coverage before Cnn reported on the Russian now suddenly people care?

I honestly can't help but feel bad for Nigerian scammers compared to Indian ones. If you look at what the corporation 'SHELL' has been doing to their country and just how much toxins are polluting their fields and crops because of it, you can't help but feel pity for them. I don't think these Nigerian scammers(especially these guys in particular) mean to hurt anyone, they just need a little boost in morale, confidence, and spirit in themselves and their communities! That's the best way I can put it!

In all honesty it does happen. I've entered several guitar competitions that require shipping costs if you're abroad, from America to the UK that is typically about $100.

@@Polopony20. depending on where you are the customs fees to send an item can be horrific, see his video where he tried to send his iPad to Chikaordery. Sometimes small things can be insane, and worse sometimes the customs people aren't the most up standing. I have a friend in Bangladesh who can't get a heatgun for his crafts because importing it is a bit difficult so he's made due with the oven and stove (better than some with the proper tools) It happens but it can be a bit of shock, and obviously this was a scam but that doesn't mean every huge price for shipping is

This was a lot more wholesome than I thought it was going to be. Keep it up. Scammers in general not just on KZfaq have run rampant in today's age of technology. I don't believe everyone who's a scammer is doing it just because they want extra money or because they're inherently bad people, but it's very difficult to receive scam calls 24/7 and not have a disdain for everyone that comes across as even remotely close to being a scammer.

They have phones and they can film, teach they to make a KZfaq channel (with a Patreon) where they film what they do for their community, would they be able to clean up a park and get other to join in in the restoration?
