I'm a Nigerian. Tears my heart everytime one of my countrymen does this. But I can assure you, we're not all bad. It's just a few persons giving a country of 200million people a very bad name.

I've tried to "change" a scammer once, as I often intentionally play along. He keept to his story and started insulting me. Some of them are truly lost.

This just shows everyone deserves a chance. You never know what people are going through. That doesn't mean it's ok to lie, steal or commit crimes to get what you need but if you can break down the walls people put up you can help them and see that deep inside everyone is love and goodness, it just needs to be found. 😊
