I use Wilsor&Newton and Holbein gouache interchangeably, depending on the stock of the colors I need when making my order.
Rosemary & Co Eclipse Filbert no.2, 4 and 6 brushes.
Raphael Precision 8524 #4 brush.
Raphael Precision 8504 #2 brush.
Some of my favorite painting supports:
Strathmore Mixed Media Boards. They are perfect for painting with gouache, especially if you are going to varnish your painting:

Ampersand Aquabors. These are great for gouache, but I would recommend sanding them lightly to make the surface smoother:

Arches Hot Press Watercolor Paper. This is the paper I use most of the time.

Long time ago I used to work as a travel- guide on Iscia I went from there to Capri on the ship with tourists 28 times, I was very pleased with your photos and your painting process. You captured beautiful camera work and the mood from there. I tried to paint on Iscia back then and unfortunately didn't continue. It was only a few years ago that I started painting with pastels. Now with watercolor and color pencil. I paint self-taught just for fun. Thank you for the video.❤

Thank you! 😊 My goal was to make at least 100 studies, but I greatly overestimated my physical and mental capacities. I was chronically tired during that trip both from painting and carrying my heavy backpack up and down the stairs several times a day (Capri is all stairs! Nobody warned us about that :)) , so making 38 paintings doesn’t seem too bad now 😁
