Chanel makes amazing ones. I love their blushes and highlighters, more suitable for mature skin. Also Westman Atelier and Kjaer Weiss. Sometimes cream products are more forgiving than powder ones. Try them :)

the ' Becca shimmering skin perfector ' is also a great liquid highlighter. relatively affordable and not at all glittery!

Thanks Angie! I watched three of your vids this morning...after a long time away from your channel...and I applied my make up with greater intention according to your tutorials. Wow! I look really good. I used the products I have on hand and ad libbed them a bit such as using frosty eye shadow as a cheek highlighter. I put on a lot of concealer under my 61 year old eyes and blended it away from my nose. I highlighted my upper cheeks below my eyes with additional concealer and the highlighter. I fan-brush blended everything after bobbing a transluscent powder over the areas where I most want the make up to be perfect. I even did a liquid eyeliner...which went on BEAUTIFULLY for a change because I hadn't put foundation on my eyelids, only eyeshadow primer and light matte shadow. When I put on my favorite lipstick and took my hair down, and then went outside with my mirror, WOW! Thank you again!

I believe that as we get older many women are afraid to contour & highlight. It may have a lot to do with younger influencers and such. I have been contouring & highlighting what feels like forever. Of course we are hesitant. Everything starts to be misshapen. Your nose grows, your skin sags, you lose the tight taut look of youth, you have extra hair in the wrong places, and don’t get me started on eyes.

Good morning, Angie. First, I have to say that you could easily pass for 40. Great tip for cheeks. I'm 61, and whether it's genetics (both my mom and dad) had high cheek bones, or the use of Retin-A since my 20s, but bite my tongue, my cheeks haven't fallen, yet! No fillers. Yours are high as well. I do tend to bring bronzer and blush up and out. Thank you. You've helped me so much with your skincare and your wonderful tips! ❤
