Keep battling on my friend , but we’ve never had a season like this before , I think less than 20 racers left 👍

Just had zero luck Paul , see we knew start of season we could be in trouble as we lost all of our own ybs , it’s so important this year we keep hold of them to get ourselves back on track next season , you see we have very high standards we set and we usually average around 10x1st federations each year with the old birds but we knew we could be in trouble this year but we had a glimmer of hope that a few of these yearlings were racing great the first 5 races but then bang we lost the lot in one race. It’s life mate and we need to rebuild but the sooner this old bird season is finished the better , what a year to start these videos 😂

Hopefully they will work in at some point a few lads had birds working back thats been missing a while another tense day for you lads thanks for sharing

All the pigeons you have lost they cannot all be dead so some may work there way back hopefully lad love you videos

What is causing all the losses . Even with the losses you are doing very well with a depleted team great flying .

@@Oneloftracing I can only put it down to two things , firstly it’s been east wind pretty much every week which is very strange indeed , the predominant wind in the uk is south west but this season it’s been east every week taking the birds inland and off route but these are old birds so that isn’t really a good enough reason which leads me to birds of prey I recently seen a statistic with regards how many birds of prey there now is in the uk , I can’t remember the number but it was astronomical and a number which threatens to multiply by 4 every year , so are these birds getting hit time after time on there journey home each time knocking batches off route ?, I feel this sport is in its final few years because of this problem as I don’t think you will be able to let your birds out of the loft without being hit

Thanks Tony but the sooner this is over the better , we just don’t have enough fire power and we race against lads with huge teams , but no good complaining as we’ve had some fantastic seasons in recent years 👍
