Well done Richie mate really great team performance today shame about the man on the coast just piping you on topping the fed we pipped in club by 16 seconds just like yours missed the trap when round twice cost us were 4 fed but that’s the way it goes sometimes good luck next week and for the national in two weeks time 👍

Well done lads, I live about 200yds off the beach and the birds I seen were going straight over my place, Ray Atkinsons loft is 1 mile further on in a direct straight line so they were perfect for him today.

Yeah mate , when the birds are on the coast it’s like giving ray a 3 min head start , but you know he’s one of the nicest men in the game so I shook his hand and congratulated him as you still need them to be right on the day

We simply can’t be disappointed today , we’ve flew a tremendous team performance but we have one guy who is on the sand 3 miles away from South Shields and it was a west wind keeping them that way , hey we have to be happy but a little gutted all the same 👍

Well lads talk about hitting the post but what a team performance. 1-2 club 2-3-4-10-11-13-14-16 federation We got beat by the one loft on the coast on a west wind so we simply couldn’t have done anymore , but congratulations to the fed winner . Our first bird today now has 14th and 44th UNC and whatever she wins today . 2nd bird is out of the 320 so she continues to sparkle as these were bred in race team . 3rd bird out of our Bobby and this hen already has 4x1st and she gets a 2nd club 4th fed BBLM . We go again next week guys and keep hoping for that chance as the front of the combine I believe have edged it again 🤞

That race be about 143 miles from,from the time of liberation how long did it take your first bird.what is the fastest time for a pigeon done from that distance

The birds did 55mph yesterday , but there was a race I can’t remember if it was this season or last doing 85mph , I honestly couldn’t tell you what speed they could achieve as I guess it all depends how strong a tail wind it is 👍

thanks Anthony mate , we said last year what we went through would take us 2 yrs to rebuild , your right we have hit the post a lot this season but overall I’m happy with what they have done , yes it’s not where we were 2 years ago topping the fed 10x with old birds but I think come next season we will be back to full strength with a strong team of yearlings and 2yr olds , so all in all I take a lot of confidence from this year mate 👍
