Of course I don’t know exactly what you are working through, but I had my own personal sexual “taboo/sin” experiences I had to work through with my Pluto and Moon conjunct, South Node in the 8th house in Scorpio. I share your Moon=Pluto conjunction in Virgo(the 4th) ; graduated in psychology and then counseling (explaining this passion as a ‘ physician heal thyself ‘ impetus ) and have this in synastry along with the sun/ moon opposition you have in your birth chart. I know we all love our own aspects and seek personal understanding but truly believe Pluto aspects with the moon deserve special depth, study and understanding because of its powerful impact on both your relationship to self and others..
