You are terribly wrong to accuse the present Government. You just can't stand them being the governor of Guyana because you either cannot believe they are legitimately voted to be there. You prefer a Government who is partisan and only for their own race...The current Government is actually representing more of APNUAFC, PNC SUPORTERS.You are unreasonable to think our current Government is divided.

@@platnumj You do not have a clue what you are saying. But I forgive you for being ignorant. FYI Mottley made Barbados a Republic. This means that Barbados no longer seeks Colonial permission for the building of schools, bridges, roads. Mottley guided CARICOM into closer unity and transparency.
@platnumj2 жыл бұрын
@@albertroundtree299 Your ignorance is showing sir. MY country Barbados has NEVER had to seek colonial permission for anything since Independence in 1966. We are republic in name only. All our laws and practices are STILL colonial. She has guided no one, no where. We’re so transparent now that we still don’t know why she was willing to pay 8 times the amount for vaccines from a third party (who deals with construction), than what she would have paid if her own ministry of Health got it. Yea, super transparent. Speak on what you know and not what you think. It’s clear you don’t know much,if anything.
@realtalk10972 жыл бұрын
@Jay Smith look at the good she and her government has good within 4 years! We are now a republic which is a great thing. As she states they will make changes to the laws with a new constitution which will be done before the end of the year. You sound like a real hater. She and her party are trying to unity and work together. To build a better Caribbean. Stop being a hater and give her credit where credit is do.
@platnumj2 жыл бұрын
@@realtalk1097 stop being blind and see thing for what they are and not what you want them to be. Did I say she didn’t do good?? I simply replied to the original comments. Being a Republic changes NOTHING, so I do not see why people keep bringing that up 🙄🙄

Perhaps, it is the size of our countries, and the size of our populations that set one group of leaders apart from another. Barbados, with it's 166 square miles and just over 300,000 persons seems manageable for Ms. Mottley. However, how would her leadership fare in Guyana? A country of 83,000 sq miles and just under 800,000 persons. Well done, Ms. Mottley. I trust that, in time, our bestowed leaders in Guyana will develop ways and means to develop and advertise Guyana is such a positive and tempting light. May we realise our potential that so many others are seeing and are waiting to tap into. May we be trailblazers, innovators, and ring leaders. May we, from today, work in the best interest of Guyana, and for all of Guyana, so that we may all hear, "well done!" We cannot be the food basket of the Caribbean if we are not providing for our own citizens. God will not let this blessing come. 🙏

LINDEN FORBES SAMPSON BURNHAM ...You mean the great ELECTION RIGGER. How do you know he he didn't write stuff before hand, he was just probably good at memorizing. Stop mentioning that mans name. He should be forgotten like the rest of the Caribbean PM of the 1960's and 1970s. They were all filled with 1970's black power and didnt care about anyone that wasnt visibly dark or black.
@shampersaud27632 жыл бұрын
I agree Hon Mia Motley is a dynamic spokesperson representing her country , the CARICOM countries, including Guyana and Africa. A person who meant very well and of substance but although Forbes Burnham undoubtedly was an articulate orator , he wasn't someone of substances. He didn't represent Guyana as he should have but ,instead he was mere impression. Madam Mia Motley appeared to have been reading from her scripted speech .

Mia speaks with authority about her country's achievement in building a nation. Jagdeo, Granger, Infran can you provide a list of issues you have done to push Guyana towards renewable energy? What has Guyana done to address Exxon flaring,water pollution and toxic waste? What has Guyana done to address oil spillage? Who will be responsible for the cost of cleaning up the mess? It seems the Guyanese leaders are still the servants serving their colonial masters. The colonial masters are beating the drums and the Guyanese leaders are dancing to their tunes Is this a cry from Mia for greater Caribbean integration?. Surely the delegates are asking themselves where are the opposition parties? Or is the PPPc demonstrating there is no need for inclusion?. The organisers must publish the cost and benefits outcome of the conference together government involvement as it may well be consider to be a puppet show or a complete sham. What tax incentives and duty consissions are given to the organisers?
