Electric oxidation prevention is commonly used to protect underground fuel tanks, and is why electric fences tend not to rust. It's also why all kinds of batteries don't discharge at a constant rate whether they're being used or not. From what you've just described, you're basically burning silicon to create power. So unless the motor is tapping power from somewhere else (like Earth's magnetic field or rotation) you won't get more energy out of it than was originally used to smelt the silicon. Of course, that's rather a lot of energy, so it could be a useful kind of battery. If you want useful numbers you need to run one at full load until it's fully discharged (you can use a smaller one and extrapolate) and compare the amount of energy you can extract from it to the cost of the cells.

I think one requirement for perpetual motion is the absence of the battery from the system... Ive been watching you for years and you gave me alot of ideas but I think you got closer with the Quanta system using only caps. In this config youve developed a better battery perhaps but this is like bedini and lasersaber's work with crystal batteries driving motors for 2 to 4 years... eventually the battery fails but its close enough if it can do usable work. I also built an axial flux motor/generator combo that used 3 coils to drive it and 6 coils for pickup similar to George Chaniotakis (whose system is closer to overunity than mine). His system uses a magnetic gear, mine doesnt and i used transistors to balance the pickup cycles between the motor pulses. I basically built a ceiling fan that can run on 6V/20mA.. which I think alot of people on this mission have already accomplished...including you. We should realize this is waaaay better than whats currently available in the market and focus on designing more consumer products with what weve accomplished so far.

Correct me please if i'm wrong, i'm no scientist, But this is what i believe actually happens with the powercells : It turns the humidity(H2O) present in the air into ozon gaz and hydrogen ions... as a result you get ozone(O3) at the anode side and Hydrogen ions cathode side released into the air. So where could that breath effect come from...? at room temperature ozone gaz (O3) has tendency to break down quickly to oxygen (O2) while the positively charged hydrogen ions will have a tendency to bond quickly. Therefore I believe that the "breath effect" may be the formation of H2O particles (as a consequence of producing Hydrogen ions and ozone together in an environement with standard room conditions). A method of verifying if it is water-dependent could be by pulling all humidity out of the air and measuring the difference in the the device's performance...? if it stops running then it means that it actually needed water :-p

The plates sound like a battery. Do some basic tests on them to determine their maximum load power and total energy. You could probably do a very similar build using akaline AA batteries. I've had devices run for 10+ years off a pair of AA batteries when the load was sufficiently small compared to the capacity of the cell. Anyway, after analyzing your plate batteries, you'll be able to determine how long your machine will actually run without maintenance. One more thing: Since your plates are some sort of battery, you could likely improve efficiency by implementing MOSFET switches to disconnect them from the supercaps when the caps are fully charged instead of losing power through resistors.

It sounds like you have just created a battery, with a chemical reaction to provide power. Have you ever fully discharged the cells and fully recharged them with this set-up? Or how long will this run on its own? Or can you draw power off of it? If so, how much power, and do the cells stay at a full charge? If you have just made new battery, what was the power input to create the materials?
@TempleSquire
@TempleSquire 4 жыл бұрын
Theoretically, in operation, it's a hybrid chemical and mechanical battery, using inertia as storage as well as chemical. Rather than basic chemical, provided the caps are loaded and discharged in rhythm, to keep the mechanical wheel spinning. In a sense, it's more of a drip generator, creating power. As opposed to a drip generator, that charges batteries at low amperage. It's applicable to slow charge applications, but theoretically, infinite. In other words, a solar panel, drop charges with the sun, this device, could do that at anytime of day. Theoretically. Cold fusion.

Firstly, I love your work and am envious of what drives you to create incredibly efficient kinetic/magnetic/electrical devices. These are truly works of art. What I like about these cells is they seem to have a good longevity/shelf-life (if what you say about the redox reaction being able to shut down under no load is true) and they also act as a capacitor (being effectively big plates) which caters for pulses that the redox reaction cannot keep pace with. I love the fact that these cells can run on and on for efficient low power devices, mainly pulse motors and pendulums, but I do not see the raw power under constant load for the duration which you say makes the cells "sweat". (Can't be good...) I have 8 solar panels that run a small air conditioner while the sun shines with a constant draw of 3.2amps @ 240v [768 watts - a real measure of power - not amps at a low voltage] (compressor on). That is constant power! (while the sun shines.) But these cells, amazing as they are, would fill an entire basement to keep up with that kind of draw and their lifespan would diminish according to output. Your suggestion of using a Tesla Power wall is only another giant capacitor to cater for high demand and a fair amount of power would be lost on the charge cycle and power leakage, and I'm pretty sure these cells aren't cheap and nor are Tesla Power Walls! So, in summary, reminds me of The Oxford Electric Bell (look that one up) which has a cells that have been ringing an extremely efficient bell since 1840, but has a finite life span, and will sadly, one day stop when the sacrificial reaction runs out.

This is impressive and well presented. I am not an engineer, but I presume we are talking about a leap in energy output efficiency that makes unit costs very, very low. Instead of power companies consuming 10% of our incomes to power our homes and cars, they really only need to consume maybe 1% of our incomes. Question: Will their objective be to marginally improve production and delivery costs so as to maintain the existing paradigm (and profits) or will a start up like yours manage to take over the energy market from the ground up, forcing genuinely competitive rates?

Rob Wollert The possibility is always out there, from what I'm getting from the video it's most efficient in pulses, but if you have the intermediary battery cells to exert loads it'll basically depend upon how much those cells can hold and how fast they exert the electricity before the cell is depleted. If you're exerting a massive amount of power from the cells, faster than you can charge them back up then you'll still be left with little to no power. If this were a vehicle like a car, then similarly you would need to exert great force to accelerate from 0 to move all that weight, but if you have enough storage then gradually it will build up again while you are using a fraction of that, similar to a Brushless DC motor.

Is it possible to produce this on a smaller scale? Something of a micro size, comparatively. Something that could fit on ones desk as a spectacular little show piece, or perhaps even smaller, something about the size of a small pixie tube watch.

Funny how some people will state something to wipe out what a man has done here showing US a video and taking his time to describe it He also has offered it up for some to buy it and try it out just like any inventor or engineer would do for further testing. Only those with a noncompetitive mind would be disillusioned enough to say such a thing. The morality of trashing someone is not a morality, it is a trashing. You must have other things on your mind to take it this far without proving the man in the video is wrong. So lets see YOUR video to convince everyone that YOU are right.

Free energy and Perpetual motion machines are two different things... if you find a way to efficiently extract energy from an ambient and vast source of power... like Earth's magnetic field, the energy in the Ionosphere, the sun's radiation, or even some sort of quantum energy, you're not creating a perpetual motion machine... you're just building a trench to divert some proverbial water away from a lake or river. I believe in creations like the one you've shown because I know enough about science and physics to tell when something is possible or not... plus... one thing I always wonder about when people call things like these hoaxes is why somebody would go to all the trouble of making something look like it works only to get found out in the end... sure there are some people who want a quick buck but there are far easier ways to do it... building inventions like this isn't one of them.

I love how when I read this it can go either way, like you are promoting this or saying its bad all depending on how you feel about it. The wording tells me that you aren't on board with the things you've described but you don't really say how their machine is that or how you dislike the machine itself.

So designing a Proverbial never ending Aquaduct of constantly flowing, always in motion, Free energy isn't a form of perpetual motion in your eyes? sounds pretty Perpetual to me. P-motion is just the alchemy to modern science, or what astrology is to astronomy. First engines made were horribly inefficient and most still are due to energy converting to heat loss. engineers started attempting perpetual motion machines to attempt to get as close to 100% energy out as energy in. now with technology advancements we may be able to get more than 100% of out input energy out than we put in. The real difference is the size and complexity of the Lego pieces available to us now. When attempting to make a Perpetual motion machine, the Designer is trying to overcome Gravity, the Main reason WHY something slows down and stops after you push it. and ya, this usually involves not a proverbial but an ACTUAL trench of some kind guiding the object in motion on its "perpetual path". That object when it is in motion, is using energy and it does have to come from somewhere. that object itself IS made of energy, and the denser it is, the more drag it has on the electric fields it lives in (earths, suns, central galactic vortex) and the perpetual motion concept is to manipulate these forces in some way. Lets say the P-motion object is a copper ball weighing 1 gram. that's over 5 million atoms asserting drag on its environment that you have to keep in motion. What is easier, carrying the Pyramid of Giza on your back when you have to move, or carrying each of the pieces 1 at a time? "Free energy" machines really are just the next level of perpetual motion. but this next level of engineers have more technology and are working at a much tinier level. Energy= electrons. Energy=Matter. Matter=Electrons. whether your moving actual objects or electrons your still attempting to solve the same dilemma; if anything you should change your first statement to "Perpetual motion machines are just inefficient attempts at Free energy machines..."

Cutis Calway What he is saying this machine might be one step up to making easy energy and towards limitless energy. But we should look beyond that and make something more simplistic and more infinite, and tap into the earths given *clean* and non *exhuasting* recources already existing, for a example. So its less expensive more reliable and trully infinite. Plus i think it could be done with less componants that way, so less maintenance and it has more durability.

yes i understand what you mean. i also think that these particular cells are powered by the ambient and ever present electrons that are constantly passing through us, and an example of the use of these is the little electric lighters that you have to click to ignite. those things can be used and never run out of electricity because stressing and releasing the crystal looses some of the electrons held inside and are then used for the spark and directly after this discharge ambient electrons that are aimlessly passing through the crystal on their random paths get pulled into the positive spots inside the crystal where the electrons went missing. positive places because electrons are negative. so i think that is the way these crystal cells work. they just keep recharging themselves as they are drained and thats why they have a peak after a period of time of nonuse and then they go down and flatline at some percentage of full power, this is the rate that they recharge. so stay even with the load and how much its drawing.

Kind of looks like 'solid state' battery tech without the need for a charge. How long do these plates last? Wouldn't Tesla be interested in this? If solid state batteries become practical it is game over for internal combustion engines.

rationalmartian_ The media said this about Tesla also, probably the greatest inventor and smartest dude in the last 1000 years... What is it you find dumb about the plates? Would you think its dumb if i said i can store the energy from this motor in plain old salt water you make yourself and a couple dollars to buy the anode cathode that pulls the stored electrons back out of the salt water????

@@rationalmartian It must be fun to feel so superior to everyone with no effort required, including research. People HAVE bought these things, and have experimented with them. They act as described. They are low-power, and I assume hard to produce, which even for commercial purposes may make them not so cost-effective. This guy has done a whole series of experiment videos and is still conducting them. Read the comments. The voltage drops slowly after hundreds of hours (about half a volt), but comes back up after rest. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/acpgdKqGldqviX0.html
