Woww..the way she compliment the student.i am so impressed.being a med student myself i have never heard a prof or lecturer compliment me or any of my colleagues in this way.😶🙄🙄🙄😕😕😕😕it really boost confidence and interest. I love this maam a lot.she is such a great mentor.those students r lucky to have her.

Gerd : supine increases URT and LRT: by epiglottis Pharyngitis : cries while swallowing Epiglotitis : drooling of saliva, cries during swallowing Croup: laryngotracheobronchitis Seizures; abnormal movements due to abnormal electrical discharges from brain Epilepsy: repeated episodes of seizures Imnci danger signs : lethargy, vomits everything, feeding refusal

URT and LRT are separated at the level of vocal cord not at epiglottis.

consolidation and pneumonia is not same thing????

Consolidation is a feature seen in Pneumonia. Can be visualised on Xray.
