Yele 70 :) Stephen has this great quote: “Imperfectionists aren’t so ironic as to have perfect lives; they’re just happier, healthier, and more productive at doing what matters. Perfectionism is a limitation and imperfectionism is freedom, so give the solutions in this book a try and begin your transformation into an imperfectionist. You’ll be glad you did.” ~ Stephen Guise

I think this book of his is very underrated!! I've almost finished it, but I'll definitely leave a great review so more people will buy it. I think he explains everything very well, and he understands perfectionism deeply. I'll see how much it helps me soon...but I already know I enjoyed the book

Thanks for your amazing work Brian! Now,my issue with the third point is that you can't always jump to actions without thinking and processing stuff. in case of having low self-esteem, misconceptions about yourself, or when you doing bad, emotionally. It sounds ok, but it does not work always.

Rocked the power pose before a 4-hour class that I taught today... and even managed to squeeze another one in during a break. Love it! Felt unstoppable. Do you happen to have a micro-class on floors and ceilings? Such a cool idea!!

SupercalifragilisticIbesuchadopeguru, Great video! Showing up is the most simple concept; yet, to just show up can the most painful and rewarding action! You are getting so strong that you're crushing chalk! Is crushing the blackboard next?

My stack of books grows every week thru your great curation and dedication to spreading wisdom. I am so grateful that I was able to KZfaq "coveys quadrant theory" and come across your archived videos and be introduced to your work! Keep being awesome!!!! #2 poser I share your sentiments exactly. I can't even wrap my brain around this idea. But hey if I can spend a couple minutes posing like superman to become more biologically like superman LETS DO IT #3 think vs do I believe this to be one of the largest struggles for those who seek to widen their scope of knowledge through reading. When to do and when to think. Trying to avoid that #analysisparalysis Thanks for the wisdom (=゚ω゚)ノ

Hey Brian, I found out Amy's research on power poses could not be replicated. No testosterone raised on a larger group. They had a subjective feeling of competence if they powerposed, which at least is something. arstechnica.com/science/2015/04/power-poses-might-not-be-so-powerful-after-all/
