Ingredients:
- Moderate amount of eggs (fresh, rough, preferably 2-3 days after laying)
- a handful of shallots
seasoning:
- A spoonful of table salt (for washing eggs and seasoning)
- A spoonful of light soy sauce
- A teaspoon of chicken essence
- Minced sesame oil
- a little balsamic vinegar
Production steps:
1. **Choose eggs**: Choose fresh, rough eggs that have just been laid for 2-3 days.
2. **Wash eggs**: Wash eggs with salt and water.
3. **Prepare shallots**: Cut scallions into finely chopped green onions and set aside.
4. **Boil water**: Pour in a large bowl of water and bring to a boil.
5. **Break eggs**: Crack the eggs one by one into a small dish.
6. **Boiled poached eggs**: After turning off the heat, use a small dish to pour the eggs close to the water surface, and cover with the lid for about 5 minutes.
7. **Prepare the sauce**: Mix light soy sauce, edible salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, and balsamic vinegar, add chopped green onion and a large bowl of boiling water.
8. **Put the poached eggs on a plate**: Put the boiled poached eggs in a bowl and pour in the sauce.
9. **Enjoy**: Invite family and friends to enjoy together.
