Ito yung pocherong hinahanap ko. Nakikipagaway pa ako sa mga kakilala ko kasi pinipilit nila na impossible daw paghaluin yung tatlong meat. Thanks Miss Nadia.

hi po ,,,is verry similar po sa pochero sa amin sa Pampanga pinag kaiba lng po nilalagyan po namin ng saging saba instead of carrots,at pinipirito po muna nmin ung gulay tulad nung patatas at string beans at ung saging para di agad mapanis , ,,pero cgurado masarap din yng pochero nyo po lalo't masaya ka habang nagluluto ,,,more blessing po sa inyo at sa show nyo po,,,

Question po. Pochero pa rin po ba siya kung beef lang po ilagay with the vegetables? I mean kung di po lagyan ng pata kasi di po kami kumakain masyado ng pork tapos may bacon and corizo na po. Just curious. By the way, your cookbook is so you...beautiful! I'll definitely buy more and give it to my family and friends though still hoping you have one of your book launches in BGC. 😉😉😉 Congratulations once more and blessings to come!

Looked complicated because ang daming ingredients pero simple lang pala and looks good! Just wondering Nadia, we ordinarily put saging na Saba on our pochero, but you didn’t. Is this recipe the original recipe of Spain? 😃

divine orosa Hello! Yes original spanish pochero has no bananas. Originally we use sweet potato- kamote. Saba was included nalang sa ingredients natin mga pinoy. Mga ilonggo like my dad. My lola was from iloilo and she would put lots of saba. Since pochero has 3 diff kinds of meat bananas or kamote were added to break the saltiness. But again like what i always say...be creative. ❤️❤️❤️

I dont feel connected to Nadia kasi shes not looking to the camera so I feel like she's not connected with her audience. I think its important that the viewer can see the other person inside the screen looking at him or her thus conveying yung sabi nga nila connecting with your audience.
