the one big thing i hold onto is that if we could consistently play our best players in each position for at least 80% of the season, i think we look at the board’s decisions so much differently because we’d be potentially be challenging for top 4 and we’d have one of the most exciting young rosters in the prem. we’ve been playing 2nd, 3rd & 4th options all year all across the pitch. at the end of the day, the highs have been very high and the lows have been very low this season. don’t think we could’ve expected much more with the amount of key injuries we’ve had from week one.

That’s the worst I’ve ever seen Chelsea play. Petrovic made a couple of decent saves and Jackson made one penetrating run. Everything else was shambolic. We passed around under little pressure and lost it as soon as they pressed. Stray passes, poor passes, poor dribbling. Poor shape in the midfield. Centre backs are a disgrace. I hope we get rid of them both asap. Gormless, poor positioning, slow reactions. We were awful. Cannot be overstated how bad we were.
