I cannot thank you enough for how much your content has helped me during virtual teaching over the last year. I know we are ALL making it up as we go, but for you to take the extra time out to share what you have figured out with all of us is so appreciated! Sending virtual hugs from a 10th/11th grade English teacher in Illinois on day 355 of 100% virtual teaching!

I totally agree with you because all three of your tips are the ultimate game changers😎! Templates are an absolute must! Drafting a template then adjusting it to meet your needs will save time (similar to a comment bank)! The smart compose is like an autocorrect (or auto fill). Microsoft has been doing it for years in Excel, and finally adapted it to their other products! Scheduling emails to send later is the ultimate! This is perfect for people who think ahead (needed much more now than in the past)

Hello! I knew most of these but there's a good point with the conference sign ups. I'm both an aspiring teacher and a mother of two. Because of Covid, we've done the conference sign ups online this year and it was SO NICE. You can see exactly what times are available and match it up with your schedule. I loved using that.

Oh my goodness, Michelle!!! I was just saying to myself last night, that I can’t possibly work on emails at night over the weekend because then parents will see what time I’m sending them and expect it’s okay to email me over the weekend. Or I’d have to just save them as drafts and remember to send during the week. I did not know you can schedule them! Mind blown!! You are my teacher guardian angel!! 😍

Unrelated to this video...but I'm looking for the handwritten font that you use quite often in headers and titles on documents. Is it available to purchase/download somehwere? You mentioned in a responses to someone on TPT that they could download the font...but I can't find any fonts on your site or TPT store.

Yes, just keep in mind sometimes if you’re sending a scheduled email to a large group, some people will get it a minute or 2 after others. E.g. I scheduled an email to send to my entire class at 3:00. Some were sent at 3:01 and some were sent at 3:02 or 3:03.
