Annie B I think it was because she switched schools. She says the administration is a lot more helpful. Also, at her old school some of her kids were very hard to teach and manage.

I’m a 10th grader and I don’t even know why I’m watching these videos, I literally hate school and anything and everything that has to do with it and I don’t even know how I got to your videos, I’ve thought about what I wanna be when I grow up and can never find something I like, some of my friends and and family have said I would be a good kindergarten or elementary school teacher because I love kids but I’ve always said no because I hate school, but the more I watch the more I’ve been thinking about it and it seems pretty cool. So thank you for making me re think my future and giving me hope that there is something I’m interested in.

Hi Michelle! Awesome video as always and like I mentioned to you earlier in the week, I love you hair! So sorry about your computer issues this week but I love your positive outlook and how you managed around it. Thank you for sharing the Flippity website. I’m going to have to check it out. I also hope you are feeling better from your migraine. I used to get migraines like that and once I noticed the aura I knew what was coming once it was gone. It also got in the way of my vision too. Watching you on my day off. Love the new hair. Tomorrow I work in a K class for a half day. I am so happy about that because last week I worked two days in an alternative class. There was two subs in there since both teachers were at training. It was a huge struggle. Kids were yelling, refusing to listen, and just being extremely disrespectful. Wednesday I sent three kids to the office, some multiple times. Thank goodness I had two kids that were extremely well behaved and one that changed his entire behavior around the second day. But I was mentally exhausted at the end of Thursday and my voice was horse from having to raise it. I commend teachers that work in challenging classes everyday.

Where I went to high school, computers where always down. Which was awful because they offered classes online for stundents who needed to retake a class or the class they needed and class hour weren't comparable. Also yesss!! Love the hair girl I have been wanting to dye mine since graduation a year ago just haven't found something I like

I REMEMBER WHEN THIS HAPPENED! I WAS DOING A PROJECT IN FRENCH AND THE NEXT FRENCH DAY SEVERS WERE DOWN AND MY GROUP WAS OK BECAUSE OF HOW WE DID IT! I REMEMBER THIS! Edit: I was a seventh grader now im almost a 9th grader!

LOVE your new hair color!!!! Sometimes I wish that was an option for me! The lack of pigment results in my hair only taking stains well, and dyes terribly lol. You’ll find a balance! Give yourself time and permission to figure it out as you go! ❤️

The dark hair has almost a maroon tint to it! I think its nice for the winter and the lighter looks great in the summer !

Maybe those 2 are the lights and the other 2 are either duds or go to something else. I remember being in a class room where one switch was a dud, another went to powering the outlet for the projector. And the other 2 went to lights

Vlog lengths just vary depending on how much footage I can get each week. Especially on weeks when we have an early dismissal and delayed opening, I will not have as much footage. Plus, I am now posting two vlogs each week so you are actually getting more!

Your hair looks great. Oh My Goodness...I had a student react the same way when I changed my hair. Several times that day and that night at our Polar Express celebration he told me that I needed to change my hair back. I think his mom heard him and told him to stop because the next day he did not mention my hair again.

Nita Brooks most teacher salaries are stretched out over 12 months so our paychecks are smaller each time but we get paid over the summer while we’re on vacation.

I have always wanted to know about what had happened to Michelle's Class Dojo in this life after the Behavior Color Chart . Question Answered . In fact , I sort of like this system that Michelle is using now even better . It makes more room on her board as much as I liked the colors of her chart and how it blended into everything else in her classroom and the way that Michelle gave out the rewards to the students who are good ( Super Student ) and I see a little more looking at the positive things happening inside the classroom and I am proud of Michelle for that . RIP Michelle's Behavior Color Chart 2016 ~ 2017
