Completely agree. In fact, just a couple days ago, Zeisha and I had a “life meeting” where we largely discussed the small day to day things we need to do in order to make time towards the things we want to achieve. Largely home organisation and keeping on top of mess instead of allowing things to pile up lol. Very grown up. We could never do Keto either, we both love our carbs far toooo much 😂😂. Happy new year!! I kind of agree with you but idk if you watched my NY video, I personally have a resolution literally in the middle of the year but I like that NY gives me a nice timeline. It’s easier to keep track of the time frame. But I definitely see what you are saying!
