I used to own sea monkeys, and I can tell you, never use tap water, it doesn't matter what country you're in, never use tap water for your sea monkeys, tap water has a lot of heavy metals and chlorine that can kill your sea monkeys, you should always use bottled water or distilled water.

Good on you for listening to what you needed to do for you 🙏🏼. So sad that we don’t have daylight savings here in QLD. Enjoy the extra sunlight hours ✨

It's definitely not that healthy. A friend of mine lives in seoul for 8 years now and she works in a very good restaurant. Everything is full of sodium, tons of oil to fry stuff and etc. Yes there are always veggies as a side dish, but its also full with oils and sodium. Then all the instant ramen who are extremely unhealthy and can cause gastric and colon cancer. There are tons of studies about this from Chinese or Korean scientists. I also watch Korean cooking videos from normal people, not restaurants or something and yes: it looks delicious but the ingredients always make me cringe. The most things ain't that fresh and korea is also known for eating tons of meat every year, especially pork like in Germany. Pork has ZERO nutritions and its just fat and meat is bad for the health in general as well. But sure its true that it depends on the person in the end. You are what you eat. And before someone attacks me: I love and I respect Korea, I love the culture and the nature over there. I'm also fluent and I know that every country has problems for example obesity, diabetes or cancer and etc

TKmoon!! So pleased to see you! I really appreciate how open you are on your channel, I really feel it is imports to talking about the ups and downs. Doing so on a public platform like KZfaq isn't an easy thing to do. It takes a lot of courage and bravery. I absolutely see where you are coming from in the fact these 2 weeks of being alone couldn't have come at a more difficult time. Just being held in a way, basically having your life put on hold for two weeks while trying to process so much change in you life. You're just put in a waiting room with nothing but your thoughts. Having to deal with such big changes in normal time is hard enough let alone in 1 room alone. I am so pleased that you are now out and you can now start to adapt to the changes in your life. I hope things are become a little more normal and settling back in is giving you that same joy you had thinking back to the sunny walks in Korea, and if its isn't quite as joyful yet I'm sure with time it will. Looking forward to your next video as always. Keep well ☺️

OoOo i dont know how I feel about having food delivered to me just because I am kinda a picky eater so I would want to be able to customize my food and stuff. I like that they give you a menu but even so I dont like not having control over my food. Im not a carbonera pasta person either so I wouldnt eat that!! LOL I FEEL DEAD ON THE INSIDE TOO but thats cos I know Im approaching burn out / overworking myself. I also know I Have to leave nyc soon so thats making me so so sad :( Imma leave my comfort zone real soon and idk if Im ready for that
